Quote Lookup
The Quote Lookup provides a breakdown of all quotes, including: Active Quotes, Quotes Lost, Quotes Won as well as Summary Data. It allows users to print reports, add new quotes, and take various actions on existing ones.
(For a breakdown of individual won or lost items, navigate to: Quote > Quote Detail)
Managing Quotes
•Edit a Quote – Double-click the Quote No. or right-click and select Open Quote to make changes.
•Print Reports – Generate and print reports for selected orders.
•Perform Actions – Take quick actions on quotes through buttons or right-click options. Scroll down to see a list of actions.

Quote Lookup: Edit Button To edit a quote, click the Edit button (next to the Print button). This allows you to modify the following columns: Follow up Date, Won, Completed, Status, Type and How Requested
If you want to restrict editing, use the Security Setup form to manage user permissions. |
Bulk Actions Available in the Quote Lookup.1.Select Quotes for Bulk Actions: Use the checkbox 2.Check Emailable Status: Go to the Customer > Contacts & Address. Ensure the Quote checkbox is selected. |

If a user does not have Approval rights,a supervisor can grant permission to cancel the quote. |

Quote Reports & Analysis
Examples of Available Quote Reports:
• All Active Quotes — Quotes that have not been marked as completed. (Mark as completed if not won.)
• Quotes Won/Lost with Amounts – Identify patterns in lost quotes. (Do certain customers frequently reject quotes? Are specific items commonly lost? Adjust pricing strategies accordingly.)
• Follow-Up Dates:
•Overdue Follow-Ups – Quotes where the follow-up date has passed.
•Quotes to Follow-Up Today – Quotes scheduled for follow-up on the current day.
•Quote Reports from the Analysis form:
•Breakdown of quote amounts by employee (annually, monthly, or weekly)
•Comparison of won versus lost quotes per employee.
•Status overview of quotes for each employee (e.g., number of active jobs).
•Summary report per salesperson by quote type (won and lost).
Filtering Quote Lookup
• Filter by Quote Status – e.g., all quotes on hold
• Filter by Quote Type – e.g., quotes for computers, furniture, etc. (Are some salespeople excelling in one category but struggling in another?)
• Filter by Employee – View all quotes created by a specific employee.
Addtional Features:
➢ See quotes linked to specific job cards.
➢ Track quotes based on request type (e.g., in-store visit, rep visit, email, phone, etc.)
➢ Follow-up reminders – View quotes that require follow-up today.
➢ Assign follow-ups – Give each employee a list of quotes to follow up on.
❖ Customize Your Reports: Use the "Edit Filter" option to create custom reports tailored to your needs.
Deleting Completed or Canceled Quotes
To delete a completed or canceled quote, select "All Quotes" menu button, select the quotes to delete, press the Delete button.
