Quote Security setup

You can set permissions for almost every field in the quote, including options such as: Allow Cancel, Approve, Below Cost Override, Markup Override, Change Price, and many more.

You can set security for certain groups.

•Open a quotation form. Click on the Security Lock on the top left of the program

•

•Select the group you wish to allow selection of price level

•You can configure security for certain groups and grant specific permissions to them. See permissions on the photo below.

Hover the mouse over the different fields on the form. If the cursor changes to a hand () , click to get more information.

If you want to authorize the "Allow Sell Below Cost" only once, use the "Quote > Extra > Allow Sell Below Cost"
