Customer Lookup Form
Go to: Customer > Lookup
Overview
The Customer Lookup Form is a powerful tool for managing customer records. It enables users to filter customers, perform bulk updates, edit customer details, print statements and labels, and access transaction details, balances, loyalty points, and linked equipment.
Accessing the Customer Lookup Form
Navigate to Customer > Lookup.
Key Features
Filter Customers: Search for specific customers using the filter bar.
Bulk Changes: Update multiple customer records simultaneously (e.g., Auto Reconcile, Payment Terms, Statement Type).
Edit Customer Details: Modify individual customer profiles.
Print Customer Statements: Generate customer statements directly from the form.
View Details: Access transaction history, balances, loyalty points, and linked equipment.

Print Labels (Menu Bar) |
Print Customer Labels The Print Customer Labels feature allows you to print a label for selected customers.
How to print labels for specific customers: •Use the Select Visible button to print labels for all filtered customers. •Manually select customers using the Row Select Column.
Design labels: Customize label layouts in Customer Options > Printing tab.

Description |
Auto Reconcile |
Enable auto-allocation of payments to oldest invoices (checks the Auto Reconcile box in Customer > Financial Info).

Payment Terms |
Update payment terms for multiple selected customers.
|
Client of Branch |
Change the “Client of Branch” field for selected customers
|
Branch |
Assign a new branch to the selected customers.
|
Statement type |
Updates the statement type (e.g., Open Item, Balance Brought Forward) for selected customers.

Note: Bulk actions are also available in Customer > Extended Lookup.

Open Customer |
Open the selected customer's full profile for editing.
|
Open Enquiries |
Displays the customer’s transaction history and balances. •Allows direct allocation of payments to outstanding invoices •For a quick summary of amounts owed, use Customer Age Analysis

New Conversation |
Opens the Quick Add Conversation form to log customer communication.
|
Statement |
Customer Statement. Print or email a single customer statement. Available options:
•Open Item Statement: Lists all open transactions. •Balance Brought Forward Statement: Shows the carried-forward balance. •Date Range Statement: Displays transactions within a specified date range. How To: Right-click a customer in the Customer lookup, select Statement, and choose from:

Loyalty Card |
Displays loyalty card details, including: •Earned points •Related invoices •Options to review or adjust points

Show Equipment |
Displays all equipment linked to the customer, with the option to add new equipment.

New Job For This Customer |
Creates a new Job Card for the selected customer.

Additional Notes
Viewing All Customers
•By default, only active customers are displayed.
•Click the Show All [F3] button to list all customers, including inactive ones.
Editing Customers
•Double-click the first column to edit the customer’s profile.
•Double-click the second column to access Allocations and Enquiries.
•Alternatively, right-click the customer and select Open Customer or Open Enquiries.
Viewing Active and Suspended Clients
•Use filters and Show All [F3] to print or view lists of active and suspended customers
