Customer Extended Lookup Form
Go to: Customer > Extended Lookup
Hover the mouse over the different menu options. If the cursor changes to a hand (), then click to go to the subject.
The Customer Extended Lookup Form provides advanced tools for managing customer records.
Key Features:
•Filter for specific customers
•Print labels or barcodes for selected customers
•Open Customer Form for editing
•Access Enquiry Form. This report shows the invoices, payments, journals and credit notes that make up each customer's account.
•View Loyalty Card Details
•Customer Sales Analysis – Track growth and average sales
•Sales History Tab – View a history of customer purchases
•Bulk Changes:
•Perform bulk updates from the Bulk Change Selected tab.
•Click on the tab to see available bulk changes.
Analysis Tab:
•Get a summary of detailed data
•Use Pivot Grids for flexible data analysis

Some of the reports you can get from the Customer Extended Lookup Grid Reports
1. Accounts opened this month.
Use the date opened column and filter for:
See also the First Invoice Date column for the date of first purchase.
2. How many web clients do we have?
SI+ automatically insert the word web- as part of the clients code.
Use Status 1 or Status 2 or Lead Source to specify that this is a web-client. (These fields are used in the Extended Lookup > Analysis Tab)
3. Loyalty Cards that expires this month.
4. All customers whose birthday is this month.
5. Days since last purchase.
6. First Invoice Date
7. Suspended customers
