Go to Stock Items > Item Lookup and open the item you want to work with.

Additional Groups/Categories
You can link your items to more than one group/category as shown in the picture below. This would be used should you wish your item to be linked to more than one category on the Web, allowing your clients to find this item in more than one place. These settings can be found when either creating your item or edit the stock item to make these changes. See image above.

The meta description is a ~160 character snippet, a tag in HTML, that summarizes a page's content. Search engines show the meta description in search results mostly when the searched for phrase is contained in the description. Optimizing the meta description is a very important aspect of on-page SEO
Meta Title
The meta title is a title you give your webpage within the meta tags so that when a person sees a link to your page from the search engine it has a title to go with it. It is also visible at the top of the page tab in many web browsers and is saved as the title of a bookmark if a user saves it. If you leave it blank then Prestashop will generate one. (Maximum 70 characters)
Web Item Name
Use this field if you want to replace the stock items name on the web with this one.
