Go to Stock Items > Item Lookup

Hover the mouse over the different fields on the form. If the cursor changes to a hand () , click to get more information.

Item Lookup

The Item Lookup table allows you to quickly find items using various search criteria. It also displays useful information such as: In Stock quantities, Order quantities, Margins. By right-clicking on the item the context menu will open and you can perform certain functions like editing the item.

Please note that if you hover your mouse over certain parts of the form below, the cursor () will change to a hand (). Click to get specific help on that part of the form.

How to Use the Item Lookup Table

•Search: Use the blue filter boxes under each column heading for quick filtering, or use the Edit Filter for more advanced search options.

•Right-click: Opens a context menu where you can perform actions like editing the selected item.

•Double-click: To edit an item, double-click on the item in the coloured column.

Additional Features

•Colour Codes:

The background colour of rows helps you identify item types at a glance (see image below):

•Trade-In

•Special Active

•Discount Item

•BOM (Bill of Materials)

•Grid Reports:

•Security Settings:

Go to Application > Security Setup to configure user permissions for this form.
