Custom Fields

Custom fields and the Boolean's are displayed in the Extended Lookup form.

If you click the Generate Description button, the Item Name will be replaced by the Custom Fields. In this case, the item name will be "PVC Top 30 Sock 20 x 30mm". The idea is to have a more constant Item name.

Booleans (yes/no fields) can aid in the classification of stock items. You can look for stock items that fulfill these criteria in the Stock Extended Lookup, Purchase Planning, and Inventory Statistics forms.

Booleans that are ticked can also be exported to PrestaShop as product tags.

The "Custom Yes/No 3" field appears in both the Inventory Statistics and Purchase Planning forms. In the inventory statistics form, you can change this field in bulk. For instance, suppose you want to flag all problematic stock in the statistics form, knowing that the "Custom Yes/No 3" field value will be carried over to the buy planning form and vice versa.
