New Invoice Based On This Invoice

You can quickly create a new invoice using an existing invoice as a reference. This is useful when customers place repeat or similar orders.

Where to Find It:

•Go to: Invoice Lookup

•Right-click on the desired invoice.

•Select: New Invoice Based On This Invoice

• Automatically copies all item lines and details from the original invoice into a new invoice form.

• You can then make changes before saving—such as quantities, prices, or customer information.
