Stock Take
Stock-taking, or inventory checking, is the physical verification of quantities held in your inventory or warehouse. It helps identify stock discrepancies.
Go to Stock > Stock Take
SI provides three methods for performing a stock take:
• Instant Stock Take (see image below).
•Use a PDT device (Portable Data Terminal)
Stock-taking may be performed as an intensive annual check or may be done continuously by means of a cycle count.
Ideal for quick shelf checks during spare time or as part of ongoing cycle counts. cycle count.
Note: You can also create a stock take directly from the Extended Lookup form.
