Sales Order Delivery Tab
The Delivery Tab in a Sales Order allows you to manage key shipping-related information including delivery addresses, tracking numbers, and status.
Hover the mouse over the different fields on the form. If the cursor changes to a hand () , click to get more information.

Sales Order Status 2To add or update the sales order status go to Sales Order > Delivery tab. This status is visible and filterable in the Sales Order Lookup form. To customize status names: •Go to: Sales Order Options > General tab

Tracking Number |
Courier Tracking NumberIf you're shipping items, follow these steps to include the courier's tracking number:
•Entering the Tracking Number •Go to: Sales Order > Delivery Tab •Enter the courier’s tracking number in the designated field.
•Sync with PrestaShop After performing aWeb Sync, the tracking number will automatically populate the Waybill Number field on PrestaShop.
•Transfer to Invoice •When the Sales Order is transferred to an Invoice: •The tracking number is also copied to the Invoice > Customer > More Tab. •Include Tracking in Email To include the tracking number in the body of the email sent with the invoice:
•Use the Email Compose option in the Invoice Lookup form. •Ensure your email template includes the {Tracking Number} substitution.
