Settings For Emailing a Quote or Pro Forma Invoice
Select the Email Quote tab to set the defaults and Quote Email Pro Forma tab for the default Pro Forma settings.
• On this form, you can set the default “Send from” address, subject, and the message that must appear in the body of the email.
• Attach Scanned Document Images
If you’ve scanned supporting documents into the quote:
1. Tick the checkbox “Attach Document Images” (located at the bottom-left corner of the email screen).
2. This will include all associated scanned images in the email.
Documents can be scanned and attached directly from the Quote Main Form.
