Stock Extra: Pricelist Import From Web

Go to Stock Items > Extra and select Price list Import From Web

Hover the mouse over the different fields on the form. If the cursor changes to a hand () , click to get more information.

A drop down list of available companies will open. Select the company you want to import.

List of companies whose price lists can be imported directly:

Astrum, Amrod, Axiz, Brainware, CSSI, Dear Inventory, Esquire, Frontosa, It 4 Profit, Kevro, Mustek, Parrot Products, Pinnacle, Rectron, Scoop, Syntech, Tarsus,

Pinnacle example:The following screen will open.

Step 1

Select Pinnacle from the supplier list.

If Pinnacle does not exist, please add it under Supplier > Lookup & ... then click on

Step 2

Choose a default stock group. Maybe something like Pinnacle Default

You can add stock groups under: Stock > Stock Groups

Step 3

Type in the XML Feed URL/ Link as supplied by Pinnacle

Step 4

Click the Import  Button
