If the Dealer (Franchisee) needs to see the stock levels of the Head Office (Franchisor), select this option in the Stock Levels tab.

 

If the Head Office needs to see the dealer's stock levels, the dealer must select the 'Share Stock Levels with Head Office' option.

 

The stock levels of the dealer will only appear after the dealer has selected 'Share Stock Levels with Head Office' and performed a Sync.
