Workshop: Service Item Lookup

Purpose:

1.Automatically open and populate a job card.

2.Transfer equipment between customers. (Alternatively, use the Customer Equipment form.)

Steps to Transfer Equipment to Another Customer:

1. Click the Edit button.

2. In the Customer column, select the new customer from the dropdown list.

Note: This is useful when a vehicle or equipment item changes ownership.
