Printing and Exporting
You can print, preview, email, or export any Lookup or Form that has a Print button.
❖ Look for this button:
When you click the Print button, the Print Preview Options window will open.
It will look something like this:
Customizing the Report View
You can:
•Hide or rearrange columns to customize the report.
•Save layouts for future use.

Key Functions
•Export Document
Use the down arrow next to the Export button to choose formats like PDF, Excel, HTML, RTF etc.
•Send via Email
Click the down arrow to email the document in various formats like PDF, XLSX, MHT, RTF, CSV etc..
Batch Printing.
Batch printing is built into SI+ Accounting and works across all versions.
Use batch printing for:
•Invoices
•Statements
•Quotations & orders
•Receipts
•Age analysis
•Job cards
•Sales order

Mass Communication
You can also send bulk emails or SMS messages to your customers, such as:
•Newsletters
•Payment reminders
•Promotions
