Create A Purchase Order

Create a purchase order from a job card for the items that are short.

Open Quote

Open the original quote if the job card was created from one..

Customer Payment / Deposit

Open the Receive Payment Module to enter a payment.

The Deposit Amount field (found on the Additional tab) will be auto-filled with the payment entered.

Import Detail From XLSX/CSV

Easily import stock items into the job card using a spreadsheet file.

Update All Prices

Refresh all item prices on the job card in case there have been changes.

Override Credit Limit

Allows you to process the job even if the customer has exceeded their credit limit.

Allow Below Cost

Permit sales of items below their cost price.

Allow Below Minimum Markup

Allow item sales under the minimum markup as defined in the Stock Groups.

•This rule also applies to Quotes, Invoices, and Sales Orders.

Allow Negative Stock

Allow item sales even if there’s no stock available.

Reverse

Undo an invoiced job card using the Reverse function.

This will:

•Make the job card active again.

•Delete the associated invoice.
