Custom Fields

Custom Fields Available on the Stock Main form:

Custom fields and the Boolean's are displayed in the Extended Lookup form.

•Generate Description Button: Clicking this button replaces the Item Name with Custom Fields, resulting in a consistent item name format. For example, the item name would become "PVC Top 30 Sock 20 x 30mm" (see image below).

•Boolean Statistics Forms: Booleans (yes/no fields) aid in classifying stock items. They can be displayed in the Stock Extended Lookup, Purchase Planning, and Inventory Statistics forms. Booleans that are ticked can also be exported to PrestaShop as product tags.

•Custom Yes/No 3 Field: This field appears in both the Inventory Statistics and Purchase Planning forms. In the Inventory Statistics form, you can change this field in bulk. For instance, flagging problematic stock in the statistics form ensures that the "Custom Yes/No 3" field value is carried over to the Purchase Planning form and vice versa.
