Actions Available from the Extra Button on an Invoice

Hover the mouse over the different menu options. If the cursor changes to a hand (), then click to go to the subject.

Invoice Actions

•Reprint an invoice

•Delivery Note

•Print Profarma Invoice: The invoice will be printed as a Pro Forma invoice and a sales order will be created. The sales order can later be converted to an invoice, either from the Invoice > Invoice From or from the Sales Order >Transfer to Invoice option.

Supervisor Overrides

The supervisor can allow the following overrides on the invoice:

•Allow price change.

•Allow negative stock.

•Allow sell below cost

•Allow above maximum discount.

•Allow below minimum markup

•Ignore credit limit

•Allow above maximum on Account %:

•You can define the maximum percentage allowed for a customer on their account in the Invoice Options.
