•The Analysis Tab offers advanced reporting and data summarization:
•Summary Reports: Generate summaries of customer data for quick insights.
•Pivot Grids: Use flexible pivot grids to analyze data dynamically.
1. Accounts Opened Each Year
Use Case: Track customer acquisition trends over time.

3. All clients that opened an account but did not buy anything (e.g web clients)
•How to Generate
•Filter the First Invoice Date column to show customers where the value is Null.
•Use the Customer Contact Lookup to filter by Last Purchase or Days Since Last Purchase.
•Ensure the customer has an email address for follow-up actions, such as sending promotional vouchers.
Additional Report: Identify active clients who did not make a purchase this month by filtering for active customers with no transactions in the current month.
