Some of the reports you can get from the Analysis tab:
1. Accounts Opened Each Year
2. Employee Pipeline Information
3. All clients that opened an account but did not buy anything (e.g web clients)
Filter - First Invoice Date Is Null
Use Customer Contact Lookup - Filter the Last Purchase or Days Since Last Purchase (make sure the customer has an email address), then send for e.g a promotional voucher.
Active clients who did not buy anything this month.
4. New Customers - Analysis tab use first invoice date
5. Number of new customers per year
