On the Return to Supplier Lookup you can see which is still Pending, Sent and Received Back

Pending RTS:

Usage: If you want to temporarily move an item to a Pending Warehouse, e.g. wrongly delivered goods and you just want to exchange it without making an RTS.

 

Steps to take:

Do the following in the Stock Items > Stock Options > RTS form

1 Activate the Pending Button by selecting the enable checkbox..

2 Select your default RTS Pending Warehouse. If want to add a warehouse go to Stock Items > Extra > Warehouses

 

2 Go to Stock Items > New RTS, fill in the form then select the Pending Button > Move to Pending RTS Warehouse.

  (When receiving the goods back select,  Return from Pending RTS Warehouse)
