Go to Stock > Stock Extra and click on Delete Stock.

Hover the mouse over the different fields on the form. If the cursor changes to a hand () , click to get more information.

Delete Stock Items

Use this feature to delete inventory items that have no transactions in the system.

How It Works:

1.The form will display a list of items eligible for deletion.

2.Use filters to narrow down the list if needed.

3.Select the items you want to delete.

4.Click Delete Selected.

Deletion Rules

Before deleting, SI+ will check the following tables.

If the item appears in any of these, it will not be deleted:

•Invoice Table

•Credit Note Table

•Job Card Table

•Quote Table

•Sales Order Table

•Goods Receiving Table

•Supplier Table

•Stock Take Table

➢ Only items with no references in these tables will be removed.
