Additional Groups/Categories

You can assign stock items to multiple categories for web display.

For example, if you want an item to appear under both Computers and Photocopiers, select Computers in the Item Lookup and check Photocopiers in this form.

Special Prices

Special Prices for Selected Items

Set promotional or discounted prices for selected items on the web. These prices can make items stand out and boost sales.

❖  For individual item pricing, go to 'Cost and Selling Prices'.

Add Item As Similar To Selected

This links the Similar Item (this form) to all selected items (item lookup tab), but not between the selected items themselves

Example:

•Item 1 And Item 2 are selected (item lookup tab).

•Select the Similar Item (this form).

•Item 1 and Item 2 will both be linked to the Similar Item.

•However, Item 1 and Item 2 will not be linked to each other.

If you want the selected items to be similar to each other, use the Set Selected as Similar to Each Other button.

Remove Images

Removes images from the web on items that have been selected.

Write Off

Write Off

Use this when items are old, unsellable, but still physically in stock (valued at zero).

What happens:

1.A stock adjustment sets the cost price of selected items to zero.

2.A journal is created to reflect the write-off—you’ll be prompted to select the appropriate posting account.

Removes selected items from the Master Items list on the web.
